1. Vouchers (as part of discount and special promotions)
   1. Usability
      • Each voucher as part of a discount and special promotion can only be used and redeemed once.
      • Only one voucher as part of a discount and special promotion can be used per order.
      • Only one voucher can be redeemed per customer per purchase.
      • A combination with other vouchers is not possible.
      • A cash payment or a retroactive credit for vouchers on already placed orders is not possible.
      • Vouchers can only be used on https://lifestyle.dmgmori.com/ for the products offered there.
      • The resale of vouchers is not permitted.
      • Vouchers cannot be transferred to another customer account.
      • Vouchers are not applicable to shipping costs.
      • Vouchers cannot be used for books, magazines, or to purchase gift vouchers.
   2. Validity

      Vouchers as part of a discount and special promotion expire according to the promotional period stated and communicated in the webshop https://lifestyle.dmgmori.com/ as well as in the newsletter and are only redeemable during this limited time.

   3. Return of Items

      If you make use of your right to return, the discounted purchase price will be refunded. There is no entitlement to a refund or replacement of the voucher.

   4. If there should be any problems

Please describe the problem as precisely as possible. Important information includes: your customer number, the voucher code, error messages of the system, and the browser you used.

2. Voucher (Purchase and Gift Voucher)

      • Each voucher can only be redeemed once.
      • A cash payment or a retroactive credit for vouchers on already placed orders is not possible.

      • The resale of vouchers is not permitted.
      • Vouchers cannot be used for books, magazines, or to purchase gift vouchers.
   2. Validity

      Vouchers (purchase and gift vouchers) are only redeemable for a limited time. Vouchers expire at the end of the second year (on December 31st of a year) after purchase.

   3. Return of Items

      If you make use of your right to return, the discounted purchase price will be refunded. A new voucher equivalent to the original voucher value will be issued.

   4. Purchasing Purchase and Gift Vouchers

      Vouchers can be purchased like normal items if they are offered in the shop. Once you have purchased a voucher and it has been activated after a successful order, you will receive your voucher code with the order confirmation. After completing the order, you can also download the voucher as a PDF.

   5. Shopping with Vouchers

      Once you have a credit, you can use it to pay for your order. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to redeem your credit. If the credit is less than the value of the goods, you will need to choose your preferred payment method for the difference. If your credit exceeds the value of the goods, the remaining credit will naturally be available for your next order.
