Information regarding Online Dispute Resolution

If the customer acts as a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law with its registered office in the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be the seller's place of business. If the customer has its registered office outside the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, the seller's place of business shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract, provided that the contract or claims arising from the contract can be attributed to the customer's professional or commercial activity. In the aforementioned cases, however, the seller shall in any case be entitled to bring an action before the court at the customer's place of business. Si el cliente actúa como comerciante, persona jurídica de derecho público o patrimonio especial de derecho público con domicilio en el territorio de la República Federal de Alemania, el lugar de jurisdicción exclusivo para todas las disputas derivadas de este contrato será el domicilio comercial del vendedor. Si el cliente tiene su domicilio fuera del territorio de la República Federal de Alemania, el domicilio comercial del vendedor será el lugar de jurisdicción exclusivo para todas las disputas derivadas de este contrato, siempre que el contrato o las reclamaciones derivadas del mismo puedan atribuirse a la actividad profesional o comercial del cliente. En los casos mencionados, el vendedor tendrá en todo caso derecho a acudir al tribunal del domicilio del cliente.
